  The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was decorated very modern and fun. The chef/ food was excellent, and we really liked the open kitchen where you could see her cooking. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  We liked everything about this hotel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was new, beautiful, stylish design and spotlessly clean. It was only 5- 7 minutes from the airport, but so much nicer than staying in an airport hotel for 2-3 times the price. They also had shuttle service.Just perfect! - The owner/manager went out of his way to ensure that I enjoyed my stay; he made certain that I had the dining experience I wanted (fine food, very attractive restaurants, excellent price, arranged transportation); shuttle service to airport was included in cost of room. The hotel was new, lovely wood floors, attractive furniture and appliances, comfortable bed, top-notch temperature control.

  I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.
