They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it. Andres drops us off and pick us up from the marina, town etc so transportation is no trouble at all.   Excellent breakfast and views of Capri. The staff was polite and helpful. We were upgraded to a partial sea room for our honeymoon which was very nice. Perfect location, walking distance to the center of Capri as well as all of the sights.

  WONDERFUL staff at front desk. They aided us in so many ways. Incredible value for the money. We were surprised with a nice, two level room with two bathrooms, tall ceilings and our requested champagne on arrival. Steps from the piazza.   We booked a room with a view and balcony. Gorgeous. The room in itself was large and the bathroom one of the most spacious ones we've been in. The hotel is in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the square but still at a 5 to 10 minute walk from it all. The staff spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful.
