  I'he met the manager he was very friendly and a very nice person. The staff are excellent. They gave me the feeling as in home. The history of the villa is very interesting. There is a piano in the lobby which belongs to the original owner - a known musician who used to host his artistic friends.   Great, great, great. What not to like? Very relaxed, friendly and helpful staff. Great view. Quiet but only a few 100 meters from the beginning of the main shopping area. Like all hotels in Capri uptown you have to walk from the funicolare or taxistand on the main square to the hotel. This takes 10 minutes or so.   We booked a room with a view and balcony. Gorgeous. The room in itself was large and the bathroom one of the most spacious ones we've been in. The hotel is in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the square but still at a 5 to 10 minute walk from it all. The staff spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful.   Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och professionell personal. Bra läge intill Marina Grande. Jag fick dessutom på hotellet smaka den godaste Grappa (Bonollo), som bara den var värd resan till Capri. Man kände sig riktigt välkommen till denna vackra ö, när man mötte personalen på Hotel Bristol. - Terassen!
