  Hotel was in an excellent location, really central but not noisy. We had a room with a terrace which overlooked the pool. It was really nice; it was a bit cool to use the pool but if you did it would be nice to retreat to your private terrace; might be noisy in the room though if the pool was busy; a minor concern though.The room also contained a ... vad folk säger » porch and settee area. The reception, cleaning staff, porter and breakfast attendants were all very good. There was a nice range of breakfast fare. - The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and nicely landscaped...we used the pool and it was fantastic, a nice place to get away from the crowds. (and trust me, there are massive crowds during the day when the cruise ships come to town....) Our room (212) was huge with a nice balcony overlooking the gardens. The hotel was in a good location, just a quick walk from the main piazza. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.

  Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och professionell personal. Bra läge intill Marina Grande. Jag fick dessutom på hotellet smaka den godaste Grappa (Bonollo), som bara den var värd resan till Capri. Man kände sig riktigt välkommen till denna vackra ö, när man mötte personalen på Hotel Bristol. - Terassen!

The staff were all very friendly except the restaurant manager who was very hard to understand and decided what we should eat with no regards to personel tastes ie vegetarian, all he offered was a veal cutlet in breadcrumbs for our romantic meal.   This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need. Conveniently close to the ferry, ideal for a short stay to explore Capri Island. Bus stop is right in front of the Inn for bus from Marina Grande to Capri town and Anacapri. Bus tickets can be bought on the bus. Don't look further; this is the best place to stay in Capri Island!
