  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   The location is fairly close (15-minutes walk) to the Metro station, and there's a supermarket on the way, but it's nowhere central. Takes in total about 40 minutes to drive to the main tourist areas. The kitchen is decently equipped with all the basic things, everything is rugged and used, but functional and decently clean. The apartment is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street. It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being a good location for visiting Rome. It is definitely an italian apa

  Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. This shuttle was also available for airport transfers for a small fee which was even more convenient. The staff were b... vad folk säger » rilliant, always helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was as good if not better than the meals we had in Rome centre and very reasonably priced. - i have been to this hotel a few times , so I know the staff . I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming !   Although this hotel is quite a way out in suburbs,it was not a problem. Shuttle bus service v/good and the 654 Bus to and from Cinecitta Metro station was right near the hotel.   The owner Sandra and her staff really went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only ones staying there. After a long day of sightseeing, she led us to a cute little outdoor balcony to rest when we came back. It had two chairs and a small table and then she brought us two glasses of wine!! We sat every night on that balcony dri - The location was great. Literally right next to metro station Furio Camilla. A short trip into the city, we never waited more than a few minutes for a train . Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend . Thanks Sandra, for making us very welcome
