Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening. The location is fairly close (15-minutes walk) to the Metro station, and
there's a supermarket on the way, but it's nowhere central.

Ricarrdo was very friendly and full of information. We stayed in the
apartment that is at a different location then the hotel. The apartment
is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there
really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let
in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street.
It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being
a good location for visiting Rome. It is definitely an italian apa

I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! The location was great. Literally right next to metro station Furio Camilla. A short trip into the city, we never waited more than a few minutes for a train . Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend . Thanks Sandra, for making us very welcome
