  Very nice and helpful staff. Although our room had not prepared for our arrival we were offered solution was fast and right. I really appreciate it. The family room is two interconnecting rooms (it is great). - The hotel is right in the center with a great view, is very clean and comfortable.

  Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach. They helped with telephone numbers, train travel information, helped with internet connections and cancellations of flights and accomm in Rome due to change of itinerary.
