  Very nice and helpful staff. Although our room had not prepared for our arrival we were offered solution was fast and right. I really appreciate it. The family room is two interconnecting rooms (it is great). - The hotel is right in the center with a great view, is very clean and comfortable.

They helped with telephone numbers, train travel information, helped with internet connections and cancellations of flights and accomm in Rome due to change of itinerary.
