  The hotel is simply amazing. The room I was staying in was absolutely fabulous, but the best thing was the kindness of Alessia, the receptionist: I can't really imagine a better treatment, she was helpful and very nice to me and my friend and really made us feel like at home. We had had excellentluck with the hotels that we had booked before on bookings.com and this certainly held true with this one as well.   cool breakfast and i stayed in a suite not a double room :) it was pretty cool and a really nice area ;) - Receptionists are really polite and can speak English very well.Also the rooms are big enough and comfortable.

  The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. For sure next time I will pr - Very friendly and helpful staff, good food - breakfast very generous! Room size excellent, rooms clean. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet. Great distance from the underground station - great connection to both city centre and Lido di Ostia for beach :) Overall - excellent for a great price, would recommend for everyone! I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :)
