it was nice and clean, a good price!!!!!! - They have parking open and indoor with the gate, rooms are spacious, terrace is comfortable, and the aria of the hotel is not too loud, very close to the highway. The hotel is ideal for those who come with the car. First metro is "Agnanina" 2.5 km with the free parking. Staff is very good!

I booked this hotel just a day or so before as we decided to stay in Frascoti rather than Rome.. We had had excellentluck with the hotels that we had booked before on bookings.com and this certainly held true with this one as well. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food - breakfast very generous! Room size excellent, rooms clean. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet. Great distance from the underground station - great connection to both city centre and Lido di Ostia for beach :) Overall - excellent for a great price, would recommend for everyone! I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :)
