We are just back from a one nights stay at the Radisson Blu. We had a lovely time and I would definitelt recommend to my friends. My youngest loves to swim so she just loved the pool. If you want to relax I would recommend the spa it's amazing. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. - Very comfortable room, excellent staff and great leisure centre.

The staff and facilities were excellent. As we had young children and infants the staff were only too willing to help. The food was excellent and the bar staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent. - The organization, the cleansing of the room, the restaurant and the use of the wonderful swimming pool included in the fee.

We love the central location of the hotel, air conditioned rooms with a 'decent' river view, bright quirky design and colours throughout the hotel.
Most of all, the professional caring way in which Kara, the manager, handled my concerns/complaint. (Thats the sole reason I rate staff as 'excellent')
She listened and accepted our grievances and quickly took ownership of the problem and offered what I felt was a very sincere apology.

We thought (my wife and I) the weekend in the hotel was brilliant, the hotel was lovely, food excellent and staff very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and I must say I would definetly go back again. The value for money i.e. the room, spa, etc was very good. - The staff were very helpful and gave a sense that nothing was too much trouble
