I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!! We received a warm welcome, facilities were explained and any questions answered. As we were not fully aware of our way around Bangor directions and information was given even though not directly asked for (i.e. films on at cinema, places to eat).
