  Staff was friendly, service was impeccable. Earl of Thormond restaurant had fabulous food and attentive wait staff. Gluten free options available. Breakfast was delicious as well with many options. Falconry lesson was a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable handler. TJ was a Harris Falcon and not intimidating. Castle grounds were beau... vad folk säger » tifully manicured and a delight to walk around. A wonderful first time castle stay experience. - The beautiful location! The grounds are wonderful and well kept. You just can't beat it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have heated mirrors so they never fogged up. The staff is hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to take advantage of all the amenities.

  The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.   That there was Wireless Internet. Enjoyed the ability to contact friendsat home of our safe arrival via email. Also, glad to see an elevator, itwas nice that we did not have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as wehave at other BandB'S. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We hadjet lag and missed the timeframe for breakfast but they gracio... vad folk säger » usly setus up with breakfast before we left. - This hotel was superb; staff, food, bedroom was fantatic but I would say that the best part of my stay was the Leisure Centre - excellent Jacuzzi and the Spa was sublime, would certainly recommend all to visit. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!

  The hotel is perfect for families good range of activities for kids. our bedroom was clean big and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were excellent and very efficient - The room was very comfortable

  We've never stayed here before but we enjoyed our stay so much we are definitely going back next year!! All of the staff were lovely but Ella and Steve in the Bar really stood out! The food was superb, the hotel has a lovely old-time charm about it in fact it was faboulous! - We had four days of peace and tranquility at this hotel.
