  The staff are the highlight of the Hotel. The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class.   The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class.   The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent.   Pleasant stay, comfy beds, quiet room, pleasant staff, would stay againand reccommend it tp friends, it came reccommended to me by friends whohad stayed previously. - location, location, location. very clean and tidy. room small, however made good use of space. cool decor. food fantastic!!

  I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Limerick doesn't offer very muchbut the hotel made the stay amazing and we stayed only for one night.The room is great, the view is marvellous, the spa is so good. We haddinner at the restaurant the evening and enjoyed it all. The staff isvery polite, I would recommend it to everybody, it makes your holidaybett... vad folk säger » er eventhough it is only for one night. - The staff were excellent and the hotel was super. I had a problem the last time I stayed and they dealt with it very well and made me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy to recomend this hotel!
