  The standard in the hotel was second to none.. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull.. The service provided to us was excellent.. definitely will be back again.... - The whole stay at the hotel was fabulous , not one complaint!   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated.   We loved everything. Stylish and spacious family room (2 adults, kids 8 & 9) with all real and comfortable beds. Relaxing mix of antiques and modern conveniences such as free wifi. Absolutely astounding breakfast - I've had hundreds of hotel breakfasts and this is the very best. We'd nearly have paid the rate just for the food! - The hotel was relaxed and the opportunity to chill out in the lounge with afternoon tea provided was very nice. I noticed some other guests - particularly children seemed to really enjoy it. There was ample seating and it was bright and airy - good for reading or chatting!! The location was good too on the way to Muckross but near enough to town to walk. There was a lot of menus of local eateries available in the lobby too which would have been very useful had they been pointed out to us...we

  We travelled with our 16 year old son and chose this hotel down to price. The reception area and bar/restaurant area were nice and the leisure centre was terrific although the gym was average at best. If my family was younger this was a fantastic place to stay. The facilities both indoor and outdoor were great and it was unbeliev - The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.
