  As we were travelling on motorcycles we were allowed to park the bikes in a secure area. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly. Bedrooms were spacious,very clean, and warm. We ate in the bar area and although less choice than if we had used the main restaurant it was adequate for our needs and we really enjoyed the food which came hot and... vad folk säger » in generous portions. - We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Carrickdale, just as a wee break away. Everything from the rooms to the staff to the food was lovely. There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of people about. The spa is an added bonus and added a nice touch to our stay. Had never been to this hotel before so didnt know what to expect but we were very happy with everything.
