  Trinity Lodge is a fantastic find in the heart of Dublin. With the reduced rate we got through LetsBookHotel.com we were able to enjoy my Birthday in Dublin with plenty of cash left over to spend on Grafton Street (which is a one minute walk away!). Also, while breakfast is served across the street, it is a very nice setting with great service...... vad folk säger » ...loved the free drinks on arrival also - nice touch! - The hotel is centrally located (half a block to Trinity College) and within walking distance of nearly all the sites, restaurants, and pubs. There is quick, easy access to the hotel by bus from the airport. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. I recommend the hotel highly.

The room is very comfortable, bathroom is huge, it has a wide flatscreen, coffe/tea making facilities, and large windows facing west.   Location was the only reason we decided on this hotel and it was really worth it. We never used any transport except of tour buses - evetything is a short wack far (quays, Temple bar, the Trinity college).   When I had arrived for an over night flight I was feeling awful sick, and was hoping to be able to check in early and go lay down, as my room wasn't ready Mary was kind enough to offer to take my luggage and even gave me some medicine to feel better. The bus on the way back from the city centre stopped right outside the house, - This guesthouse is an excellent value for the money! It's located in an upscale neighborhood, very close to local pubs and restaurants, and just minutes away from city center by bus - (as well as Dublin Airport - which I was very grateful for, as I had to make an early morning flight out.)   Staff: very friendly & helpful -- called for taxis and gave us information on the area. Had a triple room which was spacious with high ceilings and a bay window -- very charming. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with tea/coffee/sugar. Donnybrook location is great -- bus stop a block away, and only 10 minutes north you're downtown, 10 minutes sout - Everything was fantastic, the staff went over and beyond what they were required to do. The buses were very easy to get also and handy with all the conveniences over the road. Thanks for a 5* experience. I will definitely be recommending it to others. :)

  Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. The room was great, the toilet and the shower were very modern and clean. The biggest benefit is that there is a bar downstairs which is very useful for a tired traveller :).

  The reception staff were invariably helpful and polite which in branded hotels may not always be the case, and had good tips on places to visit and directions, the room was very clean, the door held open on arrival with a wedge was a very thoughtful touch, as was leaving the window open so the room was airy on arrival rather than stuffy. Great - Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat. It was really nice and warm (it seems obvious but I stayed in few b&bs in Dublin and that is not always the case) Shared bathrooms were nice and clean (i had sink in my room just for myself which wss nice) and bed linen was clean and crisp, ... vad folk säger » which made my stay greater. There was a nice amount of storage in the bedroom (so no tripping over your unpacked suitcase) and there was a small tabl - The staff is very attentive careful and friendly, the room is big enough with a huge window and a sink. The linen is snow-white and the bed is really comfortable. Carrolls shop is just opposite. My double room was like two singe rooms on different floors, so that everyone has each own private space. I would definitely stay there next time!

  This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. Very small,boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It was quiet, even though it was in the heart of the Temple Bar area. Could not ask for a better location. I do have one request please, a bat - personnalized service - convenience of location . large room . I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

  Excellent location, excellent staff. The room was dated by American standards, but with a nice modern-looking bathroom lacking only an electrical outlet. Breakfast very good, served in the downstairs restaurant. After our first night at the hotel, a serious plumbing problem that apparently had been developing over many years, came to light. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.
