I loved the fact that it was irish. Comfortable and Clean. Location perfect, People were courteous but not intrusive. Food!!! Quality, and cooked to order..Thankyou for the beautiful eggs. The loft was a great place to stay the staff were very friendly and helpful i would gladly recommend it to anyone travelling to Ballina. Well done guys keep up the good work.

I stayed one night in the B&B, it is located right in the centre of ballina and free parking provided. central in town, room was to back of building so not so much noise room was small but done us well for the night. Premises very clean, bar spotless, not a smear on the wine glasse, nice atmosphere in bar, friendly staff. Friendly and welcoming staff. In town centre, near all shops. Clean and comfortable room. Central location, staff did seem embarrassed about the level of noise in the bar and gave me a small discount (although i would have paid more for a room where i could sleep). Rooms were good and clean. Nothing. It was more than I expected for the price. I read the reviews and was prepared for the stairs. There weren't that many. I had a street view and the noise of the street was minimal.. Bedside lamp broken and taped back together. Went for a shower at 6pm before going out. No hot water left. Parts of the bar full of flies. The room was stuffy but fine for one night. no private parking. Nothing. Bathroom needs a upgrade. Nothing. A good number of stairs to get to your room but manageable. All good to me. Nothing. Pillows were all hard, need some contrast. The motion lights on the stairs sometimes went out so fast that at the landing, it would go dark for a few seconds before the next turned on. I have no complaints. All was fold. I think it could be quite noisy if entertainment was on downstairs in the pub. Small shower area. rooms small ,showers a bit grubby. Weather. The sausages. Nothing. No stopper in sink, using taps that were limited in usage of water. Had problems with the TV and side lights. The very first item in the description of the place ("soundproof rooms") is completely untrue. My room was not even directly above the bar and i could hear what songs were playing and the conversations in the bar until well past 1am. And the whole room vibrated every time someone used the hand drier in the pub toilet. I was told by staff this had "never happened before" but i can't see how that is true unless the bar is empty all night... Place very shabby, walls paper thin. Was told over phone by staff member that they would give us lift to Beelek Castle for wedding. When I got there I was told I was thinking of wrong place they dont do taxi service!!.
