The courtesy bus is a fantasticconvenience for travellers staying at the hotel and all the drivers wereso helpful and friendly. - On arrival we were checked in straight away.We were asked if we would like to book a table in the resturant by the receptionist on arrival.room service was very quick.

When we sleepily knocked the phone off the hook for the wake-up call, someone came to the door personally and knocked! We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so the airport shuttle was super convenient and -- since it was free -- contributes to the "value" rating. Everyone was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is located 2km away from Dublin Airport - easy to get there by taxi (about 9 euro), bus (2 euro, timetable is available on reception) or on foot (probably about 20 - 30 min. to go, didn't try it). Quite hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, nice smelling bedclothes and towels, good breakfast, affable staff, adequate price. I arrived at 1 p.m. - there was no problem with check - in. Perfect place to have a rest before next flight, I was absolutely satisfied.

We stayed in the hotel three times during 15 days since we went to Europe and then back to Ireland. They kept some of our luggage for us. They had a prefectly clean, new crib and diaper changing mat for the baby in the room and their Irish breakfast is a true feast.
