Welcome fruit drink on arrival. Very pleasant checking-in experience. Wonderful breakfasts. very friendly concierge, very helpful with transportation around Nagoya. Good air conditioning self controlled. Overall couldn't be better. -

The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel. It's really save a lot on the transportation cost. -

Staff are extremely friendly and warm-hearted though sometimes it's
a bit hard to communicate with them in English. The rooms at Aston are
great, clean and with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. -
The service they provided was very good. The Staff was excellent, i would rate them a 9/10 for the customer service. -
