  Staff are extremely friendly and warm-hearted though sometimes it's a bit hard to communicate with them in English. The rooms at Aston are great, clean and with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. - The service they provided was very good. The Staff was excellent, i would rate them a 9/10 for the customer service. - Nice place for relaxation ... vad folk säger » with family. Pool is great and the staff is friendly. Clean room. Sure to come back again.

  Welcome fruit drink on arrival. Very pleasant checking-in experience. Wonderful breakfasts. very friendly concierge, very helpful with transportation around Nagoya.   The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel.   This is always the choice of stay whenever my family and I were to visit Tanjung Pinang. Its far off from the harbour thus less noisy esp during the wkends. A laid back kind of hotel.always choose the bungalow with pool view.easy access to the lobby and obviously the pool and gym.
