  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. Was also upgraded to Club floor on our second visit within our 10 days in Jakarta. Except for the Club Lounge, the rooms were the same as the Deluxe on the low... vad folk säger » er floors.   I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set ... vad folk säger » as the ones provided in the room look very soiled thus the cleanliness is questionable. - As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay. Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options. Clean and easy to access.

  The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. The pool is fabulous. Many of our Jakarta friends commented on Batavia's great location. There are a Pizza Hut, 7Eleven and local food in the walking distance. No shopping area around there, need to get the taxi to town around 15 minutes. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor. Room size is good and large for the family.

  came here 3rd time, quick check in-out, great bf and gym, rooms not new but absolutely comfortable, fully equipped mini market, we feel like coming home - Kindness of staff, and efficiency. Taking initiative to make my staying as pleasant as possible. The whole place is kept in pretty decent condition.

  We stayed in a 2BR apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture and amenities were all in good and working condition. The location was ideal near to city centre with a minimart right beside the hotel and numerous Indonesian food stalls along the street by the hotel.
