the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for stay . It is good for family vacation. It is close to the water park jungle and many other activities for children such as cooking and games. Musholla (prayer hut) area is big and tidy. Tha best location, safety, Cooperation staff, and its very near to the jungle water park just 5 min walk. Really its the best hotels in Bogor.

The facility is quite excellent and various menus for breakfast. The location is suitable not too far and the weather is fresh. it was a happiest moment stay at aston bogor for our little daughter hopefuly we will stay there again someday. kids-friendly pool wide selection of breakfast friendly staff comfy beds clean room. mountain view, and very clean apartment, good foods. I like the concept hotel as resort hotel. excellent staff service and facilities. Comfortness Service Breakfast. Pools. The apartment was clean. The food was nice. The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Quick check in & I got an up grade on my room. The breakfast was great, with lot of choice of food. The BF is great, staff very friendly people and view is amazing. Nice pool, kids had so much fun. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pools are great. the food is okay the pool is okay. I checked in at 15.30 pm and I found the room was not ready yet. The housekeeping boy is still cleaning-up the bathroom. Along the way to Aston, there was traffic jams. Nuisance from other residents. Tower 3 rooms very far from reception. our room in tower 3 is a bit too far from lobby. small elevator. Access to the hotel so crowded dan small road. only one bathroom in two bedrooms suite!!. - Room was not smell fresh - Sofa was bad odour (seems like dull). the rooms I was stayed is to small. No bathtub. The hot water wasn't running well. The view, unbelievably dirty specially the stream where we could see garbage from sandals industries being thrown to the river flowing inside the hotel. No late check-out, only gave us time till 1 PM. But when we hurried for the check-out and called the receptionist at 1 o'clock sharp to send us a bell boy, it took them more than half an hour. although I got an up grade on my room, it was noisy in the morning trough the afternoon. The noise come from the construction site & the person who give me the upgrade room didn't mention about this. . Our suite is smaller than the one in the picture , we were shocked really when we saw the real one. Moreover,Lots of little ants in the room and bed. Pest control is not adequate. They lost our taxi booking fee at the receiption. Check in, room not smelt fresh, aircon not cold. That was my 2nd stay and I experience black out during both stays, happened during midnight. Need improvement in check-in and check out services, long queing and slow handling. Please don't made mistake again. Your booking confirmation take long time procedure. too pricey (i paid idr 1,75 million for 2br condotel). dont get privacy and long queue on reception desk.
