  The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, not to mention honest, I accidentally left my purse in the villa fridge and the next day one if the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me. Good design, Personally i prefer Balinese design villa than those modern design. 2. Staff with very good attitude, service was excellent. We have been upgraded from 1 room Villa to 3 rooms Villa. 3. Although the location is not very good, but the free shuttle bus is very useful. it is free of charge in Jimbaran area.

  The service was immaculate and staff were very attentive to every needs. Though most of the time we didn't opt for housekeeping, they ensured that we have what we need (towels, robes, water and etc). The daily spa was great and refreshing.   The room was simply amazing, it was more than I expected. Everything was very clean and well maintained. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave a good overview of things to do and also good explanations on how to get around. They organized our diving tour which was amazing and cheap! Very friendly fellow! - The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!

  It is located in a big street, but pretty cozy and quiet inside, just a gate away. The service there is awesome, and everyone is well prepared to provide any kind of help you want. The villa is very beautiful, with flowers everywhere. Although there's a private beach only 5 min walking far away, the swimming pool is far more fantastic than it. And... vad folk säger » the best thing is NO INSECTS in the room. That's very hard in Bali. - The hotel has only 13 villas which allows to receive a personalized treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us in planning our excursions and leisure plans. The food at the hotel is very good and they serve it in your villa. We would definitely repeat the experience!

  Very nice staff, always smiling and trying to get what you need. Great bungalows with large beds, daily cleaned. Nice swimming pool. Massage. Close to balangan beach (1 minute with stairs) - Setting, view on the waves, nice staff, nice quiet new villa
