The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, not to mention honest, I accidentally left my purse in the villa fridge and the next day one if the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me. The hotel is beautiful, our villa was private, and very romantic.

1. Good design, Personally i prefer Balinese design villa than those modern design.
2. Staff with very good attitude, service was excellent. We have been upgraded from 1 room Villa to 3 rooms Villa.
3. Although the location is not very good, but the free shuttle bus is very useful. it is free of charge in Jimbaran area.

The service was immaculate and staff were very attentive to every needs. Though most of the time we didn't opt for housekeeping, they ensured that we have what we need (towels, robes, water and etc).
The daily spa was great and refreshing. They fixed a standing appointment every day and we could change it a day in advance if we want to.

Потрясающий дизайн и размеры - 80 кв.м! Бассейн инфинити... Но самое главное-это персонал, очень вежливый и заботливый, создающий атмосферу полного релакса! Кухня отличная! The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!

It is located in a big street, but pretty cozy and quiet inside, just a gate away. The service there is awesome, and everyone is well prepared to provide any kind of help you want. The villa is very beautiful, with flowers everywhere. Although there's a private beach only 5 min walking far away, the swimming pool is far more fantastic than it. And

The hotel has only 13 villas which allows to receive a personalized treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us in planning our excursions and leisure plans. The food at the hotel is very good and they serve it in your villa. We would definitely repeat the experience!

I do not use the word perfection so lightly, but Ayana has come as close
to it as possible.
The resort within resort themed villas, breathtaking design and location, unmatched facilities, attention to even the smallest detail is definitely the best I've ever seen.

the best part abt ayana is their spa-hydromassage water spa which is for like 3000 indian rs per person for 2 hrs .
the rock bar is breathe taking - just a more a veg variety would be appreciated at the rock bar in the snacks section .
