  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. They gave us great advice on which beaches to explore and helped us booking... vad folk säger » ferry and bus tickets. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

  The sun beds at the upper pool. The peace and quiet. We were upgraded to a jr suite which was fabulous. The views. Waiters in Lydia were efficient and friendly. - Quiet

  The place is beautiful, the view is fantastic. Some of the staff was outstanding (special mention for the dinner waiter of the swimming pool restaurant). - Good location with beautifull panoramic views. Well maintained hotel. Although not really 5 stars according to European standards.
