transportation situations, they handled with ease. They were extremely

We were then left to get on with our stay, but we were helped whenever we needed it.

Superb setting, massive rooms with good sized balcony and manificent

The design of the hotel is it's best feature. The position is great too. The best use has been made of both features. We had 2 weeks there and loved every minute. The pools, the sea the nearby beach etc etc. Loved our massages with Sortoris ( several ) he is a genius ( he helped fix a sore knee ) and took 2 boat trips with Captain Theodore to Itha

The hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was upgraded to a suite which came with a pool. It was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the views were to die for. I can't fault it!

I liked everything about the hotel, It is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff who made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Amaryllis Pouliezou for her support before and durng the trip. Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. The staff was
extremely pleasant, helpful, welcoming. I must mention Ms. Amaryllis,
Ms. Camilla and Mr. Payaitis - they all gave us a feeling of most
welcome and best taking care. The hotel beach and swimming pools are
wonderful, varied great food. After 7 nights at the hotel our vacation
was over, but we could easily stay much more. Very recommended !!!

The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. They gave us great advice on which beaches to explore and helped us booking

I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about
location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a
touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools
are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially
dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!
