We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. Mycket trevlig personal, både i reception och övrig personal. Alltid tillmötesgående och serviceminded. Poolområdet var bra och även hör trevlig personal. Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom. I really enjoyed our dinner at their restaurant, service, food and environment-wise. The pool area was also pretty nice, not great but nice. -

There is nothing to complain about. We are arrived and they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and up to date (since they renovated it around six months ago). The receptionist tried her very hardest to make sure we were comfortable (a very big plus) and the breakfast was amazing, since it was freshly cooked.
