  We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital.   Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom. I really enjoyed our dinner at their restaurant, service, food and environment-wise. The pool area was also pretty nice, not great but nice. - Nice hotel, brilliant location. The stuff is great and the hotel managers are really helpful, Johanna and her husband helped us book activities in the area with a lot of nice recommendations for traveling. The breakfast is nice with homemade dishes and the dinner is very tasty and not expensive. Our room, the chalet was big enough for 6 people(2+4) and has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony with view to the mountains. The pool is clean and big and the children really likes - We hosted at the hotel Princess Lanassa with childrens, we enjoy in the clean swimming pool. The appartment was big and butyfull. the owners are kind, speek good english and help us.

  Metropolis hotel is situated right in the center of Ioannina city, having everything close by. Perfect location. It has a parking. Its employees (especially Dora) are very kind and eager to service with the most polite and discrete way. They make you feel pampered. We are arrived and they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and up to date (since they renovated it around six months ago). The receptionist tried her very hardest to make sure we were comfortable (a very big plus) and the breakfast was amazing, since it was freshly cooked.
