  The Katina Studios are very clean and tidy. It was possible to cook simple meals, or meals could be ordered from the staff if use was not made of the myriad other restaurants and eating houses nearby. The meals we ate at the studios were just fine.The beds were made every day, the apartment was kept clean & tidy and the bins regularly emptied.... vad folk säger » The shower was lovely and warm, and blankets were available as the weather became a little colder during October. Our sleep was undisturbed, although - Found Katina Studios to be very clean and well run with Fortini the manageress and staff, very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Snacks were always available and well presented at reasonable prices.   Very nice and spacious and well maintained 2 floor apartments with everything you need (for families who like to serve themselves). Quiet surroundings and very nice backyard with bar and pool and sunbeds and coffe tables. Breakfast outdoors in the sun/shadow. Clean pool where the kids could take a swim while waiting for the parents to get ready fo... vad folk säger » r the beach or dinner, etc. Symi is a fantastic and peaceful island in sharp contrast to Rhodes, from where we traveled by ferry. Fun to go by taxi b - Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

  The hotel is lovely from the outside, and has a great feel as you walk in. It's open clean and pleasant. The staff are very organized and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. When I got to the floor of my room I could smell cleaning products and bleach, hosekeepers were cleaning and mopping everything in hallway and rooms. Breakfast was standard (and i have no problem with that) and taxi booked for me to get to the airport in time on check out, even thoug - Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

  The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The rooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay. Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk.
