The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)
The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though. The water was very cold for us and it was during the month of June. -

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

Staff was very friendly, enough parking for rented cars very close to your room. You don't really need a car because there is a little shuttle bus, but it's easier to get to your room, and also in general to explore Rhodes... Wonderful location combining excellent sea view and landscape. Very close to Rhodos city with so many activities. Very friendly employees. We are excited with our stay and we thoroughly recommended it for relaxation.

All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. -

The hotel is in a beautiful bay with lovely views. We stayed in a deluxe room with private pool with modern décor with every comfort. . Breakfasts which were good, catering for all tastes were served in an area overlooking the bay which made a wonderful start to the day. Staff were very helpful generally which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived till end of our stay. The hotel personnel is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are to very high standards. We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. Wonderful little hotel, and very well run. the owner is always on hand if there was a problem, but never was. we had a late flight home and they let us stay in the room. If you can't walk up hills and don't like donkeys, don't book it. 5star all the way. Melenos Hotel, see you next year. -
