  Very welcoming people. Excellent views of sea and island. Room kept spotlessly clean. Staff always helpful and sorted out a problem of onward travel. Comfortable and spacious room. - The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Several excellent restaurants within 200 yards.

  The hotel is lovely from the outside, and has a great feel as you walk in. It's open clean and pleasant. The staff are very organized and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. When I got to the floor of my room I could smell cleaning products and bleach, hosekeepers were cleaning and mopping everything in hallway and rooms. Breakfast was standard (and i have no problem with that) and taxi booked for me to get to the airport in time on check out, even thoug - Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

The surrounding area is quiet with beautiful well maintained garden. - The residence is located in a peaceful position, ideal for relax. The studios are clean and very confortable. The staff is friendly and very very kind. In the residence is possible to rent bycicle at no charge. I advise this structure to everyone who spent holidays in Karpathos and want to find tranquility.

  Always very clean, nice pool, good location as near to the beach and a short bus ride from Lindos. The English lady behind the bar was sooo helpful and friendly despite being under pressure to serve many customers on her own.   Ett hotell som verkligen sticker ut! Designen på rummen utöver det vanliga. Familjen som driver hotellet är underbara och man får all hjälp man behöver. Har rest runt många år i Grekiska övärlden och det här är en absolut 10 poängare. Friendly, helpful, well informed, offering us more then simply hospitality... Very clean, wide open, luminous spaces inside and outside. Great simply design with lovely details and good taste (we are ourselves architects and it is very important to us). Great view over the sea both from the sea and rooms, next to the best place to swim (Plakes). Nice chilling out on the swimming-pool, apero before going out :-) They gave us a great tips for our unfortun - Helpful staff and friendly owners, amazing location/view, some of the best beaches on the island are within walking distance but even if you don't feel like leaving they have an excellent pool with a bar. The design of the rooms is a very pleasant mixture of traditional Dodecanese island and modern architecture and they are very well equipped and clean, with eco-friendly options. Recommended!
