  The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :) The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though.   The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach.   All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. - Our family liked practicaly everything: friendly staff, comfortable and beautiful rooms and very-very-very clean sea.

We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was really a lux - We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude.   Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Patmos. We had a long weekend there and enjoyed every moment of our stay.   This is a real 5 star resort right on the beach, with all the facilities that you would expect. Rooms spotlessly clean and maid service daily.Staff were very friendly and helpful.
