  The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :) The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though.   Great pool. - What a lovely hotel this is. We (my fiancé and I) have just come back from a week's late summer sun break and had a great time.   The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. The Avli Restaurant is lovely if you are looking for a good meal in lovely surroundings. It has a very greek fee

  Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Patmos. We had a long weekend there and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were pampered without any pressure from the moment we entered, till the last minute we left. Perfect choice for couples, as well as families.   Well equipped. Breakfast good. Nice Pool. Nice view from our room. It was very windy the days we were there, so we did not go to the beach. But you only needed to cross the road. All family used the gym. Perfect for some days before we went out for island jumping. They were so helpful, friendly , organised & made our stay a much happier & relaxed one as we had a few travel issues.
