  The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :) The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though.   The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach.   From the moment I arrived all staff were so nice and friendly. The apt was spotless and cleaned everyday. Apt kitchen had everything one would need. Accommodation is very close to supermarkets and bike rental is across the road. Great cycling paths either direction from apt block. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

  Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was really a lux - We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude.   The hotel is budget friendly. Although not too much luxury is to be expected from the rooms and breakfast, the rooms are clean, and the hotel has all the necessary installations. The friendly and helpful hotel staff bend over backwards in order to accomodate their guests. They also run a great bar where you can have a good drink and a good time. The hotel has great facilities and people are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Many of the guests have been returning for years which is a testament to the hospitality and atmosphere that staff provide. I thoroughly recommend this affordable Greek hotel and will certainly return to stay here again when in Kos!
