The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -

I rarely take the time to write reviews but Megaron was so exceptional that I felt compelled to comment. The service, room, breakfast buffet are extraordinary! It's the first all-female run 5-star hotel I've stayed in from manager, dining maitre d' to porters. We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Παρά πολύ καλό φαγητό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και στα γλυκά. Δεν σας κρύβουμε ότι πήραμε μερικά κιλάκια. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό, γρήγορο και πρόθυμο. Ιδιαιτέρως ο Νίκος η Χριστίνα, η Μαρτίνα και μαζί τους βεβαίως η μετρ, η κυρία Ρένα. Η θέα φοβερή και ο ύπνος βαθύς.

Stranden - Great hotel - The room was excellent, the staff very friendly and in general a very enjoyable experience. The Beach could loose some of the chisel but the water was clean and everything else absolutely fine.
