  This is the very best hotel! We toured Crete for 11 days and wished we had stayed here for more than 1 night.   This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. It is not often that you can say that all the staff are nice and helpful in different ways. The reception person we dealt with most couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, the infinity pool really lived up to it's - We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty.   We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

  The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. I don't know how busy the hotel was but there were always loungers available. The access to sea swimming was the best thing for us. We ate all our meals in the hotel and they were great.   Great hotel - The room was excellent, the staff very friendly and in general a very enjoyable experience. The Beach could loose some of the chisel but the water was clean and everything else absolutely fine.

  The views were spectacular, the rooms spacious and kept clean. The breakfasts offered a great choice and staff were very friendly and accomodating - What a great hotel, a cut above others.
