  Friendly and helpfull staff particularly as we spoke no german, good food. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Being at the back of the hotel was nice, because we could see the vineyards and really could not hear the street traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Beautiful location, very close to Frieburg and some wonderful places to visit.The cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in with very comfortable beds, state of the art bathroom, a balcony over looking a stream.The owners were not intrusive and you were left alone, but they were there if you needed anything Free internet in room.Yummy breakfast and able... vad folk säger » to make a coffee anytime of the day. - It was clean and inviting.   Very typical Black Forest-style hotel in beautiful surroundings, decorated with lots of wrought iron and regional knick-knack. Friendly staff (I was upgraded to a large double room from a small single, courtesy of the hotel), quiet rooms (on the back side) and a good buffet breakfast. All in all superb value!
