  Friendly and helpfull staff particularly as we spoke no german, good food. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Being at the back of the hotel was nice, because we could see the vineyards and really could not hear the street traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Very typical Black Forest-style hotel in beautiful surroundings, decorated with lots of wrought iron and regional knick-knack. Friendly staff (I was upgraded to a large double room from a small single, courtesy of the hotel), quiet rooms (on the back side) and a good buffet breakfast. All in all superb value!
