  The hotel was clean and comfortable and the food excellent. What set the establishment apart, however, was the friendly and extremely helpful attitude of the staff: from finding a spare power adaptor to replace the one I forgot, to arranging an almost instant taxi to the airport when the one we had booked failed to turn up; in both cases, no charge... vad folk säger » . Staff also advised us how to get around Berlin. - Quiet location, homely feel, great breakfast! Ability to take pets.
