  The staff are friendly and competent, and remember you from previous stays. The hotel is located in a silent but easily accessible neighbourhood (there is a train station very close to it). What set the establishment apart, however, was the friendly and extremely helpful attitude of the staff: from finding a spare power adaptor to replace the one I forgot, to arranging an almost instant taxi to the airport when the one we had booked failed to turn up; in both cases, no charge... vad folk säger » .
