Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. This is a great place to stay in Dresden. We were there for the Christmas markets and the hotel's location was ideal. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. A few tips if you stay here:
- Remember that this is an apartment hotel and is not serviced daily. That was not at all a problem for us, and there is an option

What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
