  This is a basic hostel for students and backpackers. It is not a hotel. It is clean, secure, centrally located and excellent value for money, but it is not a hotel: there are no carpets on the floor, no furniture to speak of etc. - The young man (Isi?) at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful.   I have been travelling with a group of my students and Dresden was our first stop during 10-days trip around Germany. The staff was very nice for us, my students left very good feedback, we cannot complain on the breakfast.   This hostel is awesome. Location, price, staff, rooms, free WiFi, everything is great. Less than 10 minutes to main station, city center, Zoo, Leipzig arena. Public transportation is next to the hostel in case you want to reach outer areas of Leipzig.   We stayed in the hostel section of the hotel but the rooms were very clean and although a little small, much like a hotel room. The kitchen was big and very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. I think they were even cleaned overnight as they were nice again in the morning after everyone had been using them. A little bit of a walk from the stat... vad folk säger » ion (I think there is a tram) but a very short stroll to the old town. Breakfast was nice - simple, but adequate. Seemed to be very big and I can imag - - Staff were very, but very helpful and polite considering that I had a few favours and questions. Thank you so much! - My room and shared bathrooms outside were both very clean, quiet and peace on the corridors - location is really good; pretty near from Hbf train station, and also close to Altmark Galerie - Maps of Dresden and train schedule provided at reception - Breakfast included in the price. (however the choice of food could have been better) - Decent, but not the best, value for mo

  Everything was perfect. first we stayed in a double rooom, which was really comfortable. Then for one night we stayed in a 5 bed dormitory, which was also very cosy. The breakfast was cheap in expense; however very satisfying. The staff were extremly helpful and friendly.   Staff were fantastic. I hadn't changed my clock and checked out a little late but it was no problem! Really nice - would definitely recommend. Nice beer garden too :) - staff very friendly & room's brilliant value for money with all the facilities we needed. rooms very spacious and everywhere extremely clean.

  I like the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff support was really always prompt. I liked the atmosphere in Elbe hotel. the bedding and room décor are amazing. - - location - close to old and new part of the town - free parking place - new refurbished clean rooms
