  Allt ifrån persona till boende. - The staff were fantastic. My partner was suffering from acute backpain when we arrived and as a result was unable to leave the hotel during our stay. Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much troubl... vad folk säger » e. - The hotel is "Fabulous".   Very modern & clean. Very nice breakfast and the owner was exceptionally nice. Overall good value, but if you need a good night's sleep, do not get a room on the street side. - Location in downtown is great. Many restaurants within a short walk, and close to everything within Kaiserslautern. Staff is great and friendly, with good service.

  Holidaying on a budget, this was by far our favorite hotel. Virtually in the Nurburgring, with stunning views out to the German country side we were impressed.   A modern and clean hotel. Rooms are bright and tidy. Good breakfast. Great location, just on the right hand side opposite to the Hbf. Bus terminus outside the Hbf provides bus service to various tourist destinations on the Rhine. The Deutsche Eck and KD cruise pier no. 7 are both about 25 minutes walk away. Lovely hotel in walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shopping (especially important for family member not interested in F1 racing!)   The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful with directions even though we only spoke English. This hotel is clean and good value for money. I would stay here again. - The staff were friendly and helpful and it was extremely clean. And a lovely city to visit. Lovely place to stay

  The staff at this hotel were excellent! I especially liked the two girls(one from the Czech Republic and the other from Slovakia) that workedhere, as they both had great people skills.
