  This was the perfect place for our family to relax. The hotel provided a wonderful babysitter and our daughter was dissappointed when we hadn't booked her for the third day of our stay. They have a nice spa area where my husband and I could relax. The pool set up was great for our 6 year old. The food is well worth a special dinner.   Very well equipped and comfortable cottages - spotlessly clean and everything seemed almost brand new. Close proximity to the Nurburgring a bonus but far enough away to be very peaceful with lovely views over rolling countryside. Excellent Spa included in the price.   The buffet breakfasts are marvelous. The best yet during my many visits to Germany in a variety of cities. There is obviously a French influence. Breakfast just a few miles away, e.g. Frankfurt, is listless, corlorless, drab, and spiritually dead.
