  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort. Fab! - Excellent service of the personel at the hotel. Verry helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was perfect at all. The palace looks like a fairy tail.

  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   The hotel is set in a peaceful, rural setting. The staff were efficient rather than friendly. The room was spacious though the the wardrobe space was cramped. There were tea making facilities in the room. It was very clean and 'done out' to a good standard. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. - We stayed on a beautiful summer night.   This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel.   This hotel had inter-connecting room door, 1 room for the the kids and 1 room for the adults - this is not always avaliable in German hotels. Good hotel parking and staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. - The layout and space available in the family room was excellent. The bathroom and shower were extremely clean.

  Walking distance from railway station, friendly staff, refurbished, everything brand new and clean, spacious room and large beds - Location close to the train station was excellent. Food on offer was excellent. Rooms very comfortable.
