  The staff was very helpful and friendly and even washed my hoodie, returning it to me within a few hours without charge. (The weather was unseasonably cold during our visit). The train station of - The room was elegantly finished and very comfortable, with a nice outlook and a quiet location at night. We could see Cologne cathedral through the window and hear church bells in the morning. It was very close to the walkway along the Rhine and an easy distance to the station and the Cathedral.   It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices.
