  This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort. Fab! - Excellent service of the personel at the hotel. Verry helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was perfect at all. The palace looks like a fairy tail.

  I very much enjoyed my short stay there, and found it excellent. To my regret I couldn't try the internet service and neither the fitness center. If they are so good as the rest of the services, it must be perfect.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived. The only thing missing was coffee... vad folk säger » facilities in the room, but as we had stayed here before we knew this and took our own. we would recommend this hotel to anyone. - very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   Soft pillows, excellent wifi in room, big shower with lots of hot water, good view, right next to the messe, elevators, nearby parking cheaper than hotel parking, large and soft towels, big bed, nice and helpful staff, a few English channels on television - Hotel gave me a free room upgrade.   The hotel is set in a peaceful, rural setting. The staff were efficient rather than friendly. The room was spacious though the the wardrobe space was cramped. There were tea making facilities in the room. It was very clean and 'done out' to a good standard. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. - We stayed on a beautiful summer night.
