  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and our view was lovely

  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   Soft pillows, excellent wifi in room, big shower with lots of hot water, good view, right next to the messe, elevators, nearby parking cheaper than hotel parking, large and soft towels, big bed, nice and helpful staff, a few English channels on television - Hotel gave me a free room upgrade. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
