  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.   eftersom som jag var på mässan så var det perfekt - I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style.   We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. The decor was modern and fun, and the soundproofed windows drowned out the traffic. There wasn't any parking, but we took the train, so we didn't care--and it's close enough to the Bahnhof to... vad folk säger » walk to (if you're traveling lightly). No restaurant either, but the Italian place across the street was just right for a bite before the show. Highl - If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

  Very quiet + ample room space + helpful staff + terrific breakfast bar + access to rail connections (even though we didn't use them) I would recommend the hotel for sure, but definitely NOT the airport. Who designed this place? No facilities beyond security, and when the plane is late there was nothing to eat or drink. This is an entirely utilitarian airport, with little range for eating, miles to walk and needs a complete - Location location location! Great location with train and plane access. Very modern design, rooms well appointed, comfy beds, clean, friendly, and good food. We overnighted in order to catch a flight, but spent the day in the city after checking in. Can't believe how quiet it is, we watched jumbo jets approaching for landing right outside the windows and couldn't hear them! If we hadn't seen them we would not have known they were there. Amazing.

I immediately feel relieved, relaxed and comforted just seeing the entrance when I am in Frankfurt airport. The room is functional for a business traveler with desk, light and free internet. The bed is extremely comfortable and inviting.with lots of pi - Everyone spoke English and they were all so polite. The room was very nice and well appointed. Comfortable and clean. We were only there for one night to make our early morning flight back to Canada and the walk to the terminal with all our luggage was effortless. Not far at all. We had room service for dinner and the food was prompt and excellent. Also love the 2pm check in and 12 Noon check out (with ability to extend). Love this hotel and will stay again.
